Now, it's Miley Cyrus again. Once, I wrote about how sweet was she, with her abstinence thing. Second, I kinda doubt if that's true, because Miley attitude and pole dancing scandal on a teen awards show. But now I think she's officially a bad girl with this newest almost slipping a nip pics. Nope. Watch below her left breast. Yes, it's a new tattoo. It says "Just Breathe". Not yet confirmed whether the tattoo is permanent or just a temporary, but why did 17-years old girl wanna put a tattoo under her boobs?
